Our New-York style pizza crust is made and formed by hand using 100% Canadian flour and a natural sourdough starter
we’ve had hiding away at our Cook Street bakery for 20 years.
Then, it’s covered with our house-made San Marzano & fire-roasted tomato sauce. Topping all that, we have sourced some
impressive cheeses and meats — or try our vegan cheese and vegan pepperoni both made in-house!
